Reserving Meeting Rooms

You are welcome to reserve any of these rooms for your non-profit or community organization function.  However, the two quiet study rooms (good for a maximum of 4 people) can only be reserved by calling the Library during our open hours (978-582-4140) or by signing up when you are at the Library.  If you are interested in the larger rooms, you can reserve online.  For the maximum availability for the these rooms it would be best to book at least two weeks in advance.

All organizations (Garden Club, Boy Scouts, etc.) wishing to reserve one of our rooms on a regular basis will be required to complete an updated Meeting Room Reservation Form.  Upon receipt of this completed form, your group will be issued a library card.  This card will be used for all future room bookings.  Group card records will contain the contact information for your group.  In the event that your contact person changes, it is important that the group inform the Library immediately and the new contact person fill out and sign a new Meeting Room Reservation Form.  The best part of using the card based system is that it will allow you to reserve online at your own convenience.  Online reservations are not final until confirmed by a Library staff member.
